Tropical Blast Booster
The combination of B vitamins, minerals, iron, quality carbohydrates, and fiber in this smoothie makes it a great, afternoon pick-me-up. It's also excellent for breakfast, and you probably won't even taste the spinach over the fruity, tropical berry flavors.

- Cut the pineapple into 1-inch pieces.
- Add all ingredients to your blender and puree. If you'd like it a bit thinner, just add water, but its chewy delicious just as it is makes it extremely satisfying.

Good though a bit high on fruit sugar.
