Banana Berry Wake-Up Call

Bananas are a great source of vitamin B6, fiber, and slow-burning carbohydrates that help keep your blood surgar steady. The arginine in watermelon helps keep you looking young, while the vitamin C in the pineapple, starwberries, and kiwis in this fruity refreshing smoothie help keep you going, too!
Servings: 4 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Pineapple peeled
  • 1 cups strawberries capped
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cups watermelon
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber quartered

Method
 

  1. Cut the pineapple into 1-inch pieces. Toss ingredients into the blender a few at a time and puree.

Notes

Tastes pretty good. To sugary though. Danny likes it but objects to the look of it.
