light unsweetened soy milk.

flax seed

maple syrup

pineapple
Method
Place the banana, kale, soy milk, flax seeds, and maple syrup into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Serve over ice.
Pineapple can be added as well, though probably makes it to sugary for me.
