Beachside Breakfast for Your Brain

Vitamin C is great for memory, and this smoothie delivers it in spades. Since the spinach throws in brain-friendly folate, plus vitamins E and K, your noggin will love this tropical-tasting brew as much as you do!
Course: Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 pineapple peeled
  • 1/2 cantaloupe peeled and seeded
  • 1 cups spinach
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 cups pomegranate seeds

Method
 

  1. Cut the pineapple into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss all of the ingredients into the blender and puree.

Notes

Not to bad. Sugary but not really sugary. Might try adding more spinach to adjust for that.
